Making a Will

Why have a will?
How do you ensure that your assets will be left according to your wishes when you die?
Who do you want to have responsibility for making sure your wishes are carried out after your death?
If you have children by a previous relationship how can you protect their interests in your estate after you die, whilst you also make proper provision for your spouse?
Who do you wish to have responsibility for your infant children if you die whilst they are still dependent on you?
All these issues and many others should be dealt with in a properly drawn will. We can advise you on different ways of dealing with these issues which arise on your death. The removal of estate (death) duty has not meant that you can forget about the need to continuously review your will. If you have not got a will it is important that you make one.
