Stuart Spicer , LL.B, B.Com Managing Partner
Stuart is Whangarei born and is a graduate of Auckland University where he gained law and commerce degrees (majoring in accounting.)
He has wide experience in commercial practice including:
Contract negotiation and drafting, company matters, finance, joint ventures, partnerships, estate planning and trusts, estate administration, property transactions, property development and business law.
Stuart is also a mediator helping people resolve difficult disputes quickly and efficiently. Stuart works with a large team of lawyers and legal executives and support staff.
